Digital Transformation Road Map for Mining
We were engaged by IBM to provide assistance to their Mining Industry client who was undertaking a Digital Transformation. The scope of services we provided included:

Industry expertise for the digital roadmap development, validating the potential opportunities for the adoption of digital technologies within the Mining Industry. As a result the client further engaged IBM for the first wave of the digital projects as part of the Transformation in line with the Roadmap.
We also assisted by facilitating Design Thinking workshops with joint client and their customers to develop prototype solutions for the Use Case related to equipment breakdown.
We also worked closely with the IBM App development team during the process design for new Mechanic App which was used to “digitize” the in-field data collection this eliminated paper-based inspections and duplicate input of data.
