Fundamentally, Quality is about meeting or exceeding customer expectations, measured not only in higher revenues from greater customer satisfaction but also in higher operational efficiency, and effectiveness due to increases in productivity, innovation and employee engagement. 

Quality management is the act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence.

This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement.  

To respond to the increase on global competition, a considerable number of organization have implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management System, aiming to respond to external stakeholder pressures or to internal motivations and achieve increased performance.

QMS is a balanced system; and to keep your quality management system working effectively you need to value each PDCA element equally. Related to the quality management system, the PDCA cycle is a dynamic cycle that could be implemented in each process throughout the organization. It combines planning, implementing, controlling and continual improvement. PDCA cycle applies all kind of processes: management’s review, corrective actions, product realization, resource management etc. 

 

We promote process approach for quality management. With this, we identify all processes that contribute to the quality of your product and services, identify the interactions between them and apply the proper quality approach to the processes.

Effective quality management systems are dynamic, adaptable to change in meeting customer’s requirements and expectations. It can provide guidance for establishing an organization’s processes for maintaining records, improving processes and systems, and meeting customer’s requirements and expectations.
