  4. Help the team to solve barriers and conflict by bridging or escalate issues.

  5. Provide the latest Improvement methodology, training, and facilitation support for Team Leader and Improvement Teams.

  6. Share knowledge and experience with all employees involved, or affected by the implementation of  Improvement.
