Development of project charters
Custodianship of the overall plan
Balancing & managing conflicting priorities
Resolving / removing potential roadblocks
Accountability for results and recognising project teams successes
To ensure realization of benefits, we help our clients in developing and running the maintenance improvement monitoring process. This is normally done through the establishment of a Maintenance steering commitee which oversees the implementation of the improvement plan and supports any requirement from the improvement programs
