improvement programs. These include:

Custodianship of the overall plan

To ensure realization of benefits, we help our clients in
developing and running the maintenance improvement
monitoring process. This is normally done through the
establishment of a Maintenance steering commitee which
oversees the implementation of the improvement plan and
supports any requirement from the improvement programs
